Stove top: Brew 1-2 tablespoons of chai (or more for a stronger tea) per 250ml milk in a saucepan on low heat, until you can see steam coming off the milk. Be careful not to let the milk come to a simmer. Strain, serve and enjoy!
Coffee steamer: Place 1-2 tablespoons of chai in a milk jug, cover chai with a small amount of hot water and let it steep for 1 minute. Add 250ml of desired milk and steam to the appropriate temperature for the chosen milk. Strain, serve and enjoy!
