Are my bank details secure?

Yes. So that you feel protected, this website runs off the Shopify platform. All stores that are on the Shopify platform are PCI compliant.

What is PCI?

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information.

How do I access my account?

You can log in either from the drop down menu where it says Manage your subscription, Log in or on the top right of your screen, click on the little person icon.


How do I manage my subscription? 

Before you can manage your own account, a Customer account activation email will be sent to you, after you have purchased one of our subscriptions or created an account with Kind Earth Coffee.

You will need to click on the Activate your account link in the email and follow the prompts to set a password. Set this once so that you are in control of your subscription in the future.

If you didn't receive this, be sure to check your junk/spam folder. If it is not there, contact us so we can resend the link.

To make any changes to your subscription, login with your store account. You will need your email address and password.

Under Account Details (mobile : below Order History, desktop : right of order history) you will see a link to Manage Subscription. This portal allows you to do things such as:

  • Updating your billing information
  • Changing billing or shipping addresses
  • Pause / Skip / Cancel upcoming shipments
  • Modifying quantities and products


I'm going away to the Antarctic. What do I do?

First of all, I'm jealous. Secondly, you have the option to either Pause your subscription or Skip your order.

To Pause:

On your Manage Subscription page, in your subscription box, under Subscription Status, tap / click Pause subscription.This will change your status from Active to Paused. When your ready to start up again, tap / click Resume Subscription.

To Skip: 

On your Manage Subscription page, under the subscription box, select View details. 

Tap / click Manage upcoming orders tab.  Select Skip order for the upcoming orders listed that you would like to miss.

You can also still get it delivered to your house (get someone to pick up) or request it delivered to a friend/neighbour as a treat. Email us with who, where and their contact number or go to the Address and shipping information tab and change the address yourself. TIP - Just remember to change it back.


I'm having family/ friends over for *insert holiday / occasion* & need more coffee to show what great taste I have in coffee. What do I do?

You can increase your individual order to cover that occasion, without having to change your whole subscription.

On your Manage Subscription page, under the subscription box, select View details. 

Tap / click Manage upcoming orders tab. You will see the next lot of orders coming up. Select Edit quantity for the upcoming orders listed that you would like to increase. Change Quantity number &  tap / click Update quantity.


I love your coffee. Am I able to increase how much coffee I get? 

You can edit the quantity for that particular subscription (as above), e.g. go from 1 x 250g bag subscription, and make it 2 x 250g bags. 

Or, if you wish to go from a 250g bag Single Origin to a 500g bag Blend you can do a Swap.

On your Manage Subscription page, under the subscription box, select View details. Tap / click Products in your subscription.

On the right select Swap product. This will show you what other products you can swap product with. Hit the drop down menu to select the variant you are after. Then press Select. This will also show you any price difference. 


How much notice do I need to edit / change my subscription?

If you do need to Pause / Skip / Cancel or Modify your next order, please do so before your next scheduled order date. This date is when your bank account will be next debited. To know when that is, either log in to your account on our website or contact us.


I'm too busy washing my pet cow. Can you just do this for me?

We'd be mooved to help considering how friesian it is. Simply email us with what you would like done. We'll try not to milk this joke for all it is worth. 


When is my bank account charged?

Your bank account is charged every 14 or 28 days depending on your frequency chosen (every 2 weeks or 4 weeks), from the day that you placed your order for the subscription.


I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the Login page, below the sign in area, select Forgot your password? "Reset your passwordscreen will appear. Enter your email address that you would like the password sent. Tap / select submit. Check your email. 



What's the difference between Prepaid & a Set & Forget Subscription?


You'll save more with a Prepaid. By paying a lump sum you'll save up to $180 off the once off purchase. A subscription will still save you 40% off your first order and 10% thereafter.

Convenience & control

With a Set & Forget Subscription you can manage your own subscription from the comfort of your fave rocking chair, listening to Taylor Swift or Smashing Pumpkins. Pause / Skip / Cancel or Edit quantity for your next order.

Once you have started the subscription, you no longer need to make the morning dash to the shops in your ugg boots and pj's for eternity. Prepaid is the same, you just need to remember to pay every 6 or 12 deliveries.


Both are a great option, but Prepaid would be more suited for this purpose. You can set how long for, the amount of coffee and how much you want to spend.



Refer & Save

What is Refer & Save?

Our Refer & Save loyalty program is called Kind Earth - Kind Deed. 

You refer & you save. But it gets even better, if your friend that you refer makes a purchase, they get $5 off and you get $5 off to use for your next purchase. 

Minimum spend is $30. For you and your friend.


How does it work?

1. You refer your friend by sending them their referral URL.

2. When your friend clicks the URL and enters their email, they will get their reward. They will then have the ability to click 'Apply Code' - which directly adds the code to their shopping cart.

3. If they then go on to make a purchase, then you will get your reward.

Note that your friend does not need to create an account, nor use the friend reward that they redeemed in order to complete the referral. They would just have to make a purchase!


Sending referrals from the customer panel

You are encouraged to share your referrals from directly within the customer panel. By default the sharing options are Facebook, Twitter, and email.

You can also copy and paste the referral url and send it to friends and family wherever you like.

📋 Note:
If you have checked out as a guest before, or entered your email in any capacity you will not be able to use the referral link (as you will already have an email associated in your name) and will therefore not be eligible.


Sending referrals from the post-purchase page

As a guest at checkout, without creating an account, you can get and send your referral link through the post purchase on-site message. This works the same as above.
